We inherited a brand and pushed it further

Bluebear is a cyber security company, and the brand book was already written when we came in. The work was not to replace it. It was to learn a language someone else drew, keep it recognisable, and extend it where a website asks for more than a book can hold.

The email signature tool we built for the Bluebear team

Building tools with AI

The site was designed and built in the same place, in code, with Claude in the loop. The same habit gave Bluebear a small tool of their own: an email signature kit the team fills in once and copies straight into a mail client. AI did not do the design work. It shortened the distance between deciding something and seeing it run.

Motion as part of the identity, not decoration

The waves in the hero, the ripples beside the three audiences, the blur that breathes under the closing line. One material seen three times, not three effects. The brand book held still images. How they move was ours to decide.

We design the website and build it ourselves using Claude Code

A production site, built the way Bluebear builds its own product, in code, with Claude in the loop, design and development moving as one. The brand book went in; a responsive site came out, hero motion and full content, ready to ship.

Small problems are worth a tool

A website is the loud part of a launch. An email signature is the quiet part: everyone on the team touches it, every day, and nobody should have to think about it. So we built Bluebear one. Fill in a name, copy, paste, and it lands right in Gmail and in Outlook.
