These terms cover the lab2.online website, the free tools on it, and the workshops we sell through it. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
LAB2 is a design studio. The site shows our work, explains our services, hosts a few free tools, and sells seats in our workshops. Nothing on the site is an offer to enter into a client engagement by itself. Client work starts with a separate written agreement or an approved proposal.
2. The free tools
Tools such as the website audit and the workshop preparation form are provided as they are, at no cost, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. Some of them use AI models, which means the output is an opinion generated by software, not professional advice, and it can be wrong. Use your own judgment before acting on it.
Do not submit confidential information, personal information about other people, or material you do not have the right to share. We may change, limit or shut down any tool at any time.
3. Workshops
3.1 What you are buying
A seat in a live online workshop. The current session is a live Zoom session on Friday, November 6, 2026, 10:00 to 12:30 Israel time, for ₪450 (VAT included). The price, date, and content shown on the workshop page at the time of purchase are what applies. A seat is personal and is not transferable to another person without our approval.
3.2 Payment
Payment is made through our payment provider, Green Invoice (Morning). A tax invoice or receipt is issued automatically to the email address you provide. Registration is confirmed once payment goes through, and we then send you the joining details.
3.3 Cancellation by you
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its distance selling rules, you may cancel the purchase within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided the cancellation is made at least two days, not counting rest days, before the workshop starts. A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
To cancel, write to info@lab2.online with your name and the email used for the purchase.
Cancellations after that window, and no-shows, are not refunded. If you cannot attend, tell us and we will do our best to move you to a later session, though we cannot promise it.
3.4 Cancellation or changes by us
If we cancel a workshop, or move it to a date that does not work for you, you get a full refund. We may make reasonable changes to the schedule, the platform, or the content, as long as the value of what you bought stays the same.
3.5 During the workshop
The workshop may be recorded. If a recording is shared afterwards, it stays within that cohort. Tell us in advance if you prefer not to appear. Participants are expected to behave decently. We may remove someone who disrupts the session, with no refund.
3.6 What we do not promise
The workshop teaches tools and a way of working. We do not promise a specific business result, income, or job outcome. Third party software shown in the workshop, such as Claude, belongs to its own vendors, and its pricing, availability and behavior are outside our control. You are responsible for your own accounts with them.
4. Client services
Design and branding work is governed by the individual proposal, quote, or agreement signed with the client. Where those documents and these terms disagree, those documents win.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, images, code, the LAB2 name and logo, and the workshop materials belong to LAB2 or to the people who licensed them to us. Workshop materials are for your own personal and professional use. You may not resell, republish, or run your own workshop from them, and you may not present them as your own. Quoting a short passage with credit and a link is fine.
Work we deliver to a client is transferred under that client's own agreement, not under these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer the site or its tools. Do not use them for anything illegal, deceptive, or infringing, and do not attempt to extract other people's data.
7. Links to other sites
We link to other services, including Zoom, WhatsApp, and our payment provider. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the site and the free tools are provided without any warranty, and LAB2 is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit, or lost data arising from using them. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific service concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy and accessibility
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Our accessibility status is described in the Accessibility Statement.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here when you make a purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
11. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
